From our library of flavors, the San Patricio is named in celebration of a famous Irish-owned bodega in Jerez, Spain. This blend of single malt and pot still Irish whiskey was aged in ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky and finished in Fino, Pedro Ximenez, and Palo Cortado sherry casks.
